Steam workshop mod disapperes after downloading

Hello, the mods from Arma 3 folder were removed intentionally with 1.60 update. Because Steam client have all Workshop items cached in its own structure (that's something that can't be prevented or changed by neither us or you), you had the mods twice on your PC.
